Charm people’s socks off in our contact centres

Getting the right result for our customers drives everything we do. As a Customer Service Adviser at one of our contact centres, you’ll use your natural warmth, energy and talent for solving problems to achieve this goal. It means taking end-to-end ownership of issues to resolve them – quickly and effectively.

You’ll need to be hungry to learn, develop and progress. And you’ll bring plenty of initiative, too – we want to tap into your ideas about how we can do things even better. Add the ability to build rapport with customers, and this could be the start of a rewarding career with us. We also have occasional opportunities for Team Leaders in all our locations.

As well as generous benefits – including 23 days' holiday and discounts on our products and services – you can expect a good work-life balance. We'll give you a full induction and intensive training to get you started. After that, there’s real scope to develop, grow and progress throughout your career.
