Meet our graduates

Check out what our graduates have to say about working at Vodafone.

Melissa Chandler

The thing that attracted me to Vodafone’s graduate scheme was flexibility and autonomy – you need to be self-sufficient. I've got a full-time position in the Go-to-Market team for Enterprise, launching the two new iPhones. My experience of Vodafone in three words? Energetic, challenging and fun.

Shakir Daud

My favourite placement project was working in corporate security. I identified a flawed or delayed process and put a business case forward to implement a change. We get so much support – Vodafone identifies potential roles and allows you to take your career wherever you want it to go. It’s an amazing, challenging and exciting opportunity.

Hayley Collis

I was already working for Vodafone as a Customer Adviser when I applied. I’ve done placements with Learning and Development in HR and Customer Operations. I also got involved in the launch of 4G by putting together some training materials. I've recently secured a permanent job as an HR Business Consultant – it's what I've always wanted to do.

Jehad Fadda

The Vodafone graduate scheme is really good – it puts you in every corner of the business. I’m definitely looking to stay here. I want to be in a company that can offer me variety – Vodafone’s diverse enough to do that. I’d describe Vodafone as fun, fast and fabulous.

Our Newbury campus

We’re just outside the market town of Newbury, Berkshire. Our open-plan campus was designed just for us. We don’t have fixed desks, so you can work where and when is best for you.

There’s a gym, hairdresser, restaurant and coffee shops on site. And it’s easy to work from home, our other offices or wherever you can connect to Wi-Fi. Check out what our graduates think of life on campus.
