It’s easy to sign up for alerts online. Simply select a category and choose the alert you’d like to receive. There’s a Try Once option or you can subscribe straight away.

You can access Alerts on any Mobile Internet phone. You'll find Alerts on the Mobile Internet homepage under Information

You can sign up for new alerts and manage your existing alerts by calling 17442 and using our voice recognition service.

Or you can access a range of alerts using the SIM menu on your phone.

• Go to the main menu on your phone
• Select the SIM icon
• Choose from the list of alerts
• We’ll send you a text with the information you need

To manage your alerts, go to My Vodafone, click on My Tools and go to My Alerts.
