So what’s happening out there?
Forget tomorrow. In today’s economy we’ve come to expect everything now. That’s why many commentators are calling this a new era for business, the ‘age of me’.
Mobile technology is at the heart of this – it’s changing the way we talk to our customers, citizens and employees. There’s a demand for more and more information at a touch of a button.
What does this mean for you?
Providing a good experience to your customers means being nimble and responsive to their demands. There’s no point taking them through lengthy purchase and service procedures when your competitors can do it in an instant. And likewise your employees expect flexibility over when, where and how they work.
That’s where 4G helps
4G is at the heart of this mobile revolution – it’s how you’ll be able to keep up with the increased demands for information and get things done quicker.
What are the facts?
- Over two-thirds (69%) of the business leaders surveyed reported that their businesses have had to become more responsive over the past three years, to both employees and customers.
- Three-fifths (58%) of leaders surveyed believe that employees have changed their attitudes, with the most notable change being the increased focus on work-life balance.
- Over half feel 4G will benefit their organisation, with nearly one in five describing the benefit as significant.
- Nearly a third believe 4G can significantly improve the flexible working experience.
- 81% say 4G will increase their productivity.
- And 41% plan to adopt 4G by the end of 2013.
