If your phone is lost or stolen, tell us straight away – and we'll stop anyone using it from making calls. If you discover it's been stolen or maliciously damaged, report it to the police and get a crime number. You need to do this within 48 hours – either in the UK or abroad.
You need to call us and make your claim within seven days of discovering the loss, theft or damage.
