Clarkson Safety designs, installs and maintains fire alarm systems for some of the UK’s biggest retailers, including Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
A move to new premises gave Clarkson the opportunity to upgrade its communications systems to Vodafone One Net Business. Now emergency calls to landline numbers can ring on employees’ mobiles, with no extra cost for redirecting them.
This has improved how customers report activated fire alarms out-of-hours, with calls going straight through to on-call engineers. This has significantly reduced response times and given Clarkson a more mobile workforce.
