Apprenticeship Level 2 and 3

You’ll join our technology team, supporting our network operations across the UK. You’ll develop your functional skills and gain a valuable insight into how we keep customers confidently connected in one of the most innovative working environments in the industry.

You’ll be given all the training you need by a team of experts at dedicated facilities and earn nationally recognised qualifications. What you’ll need to bring is a passion for the connected world and the technology of the future.

Your first year

This is your foundation year. You’ll be introduced to the full breadth of our technology fields, including field engineering, product design, IT, signalling and networks, setting you up to focus on the specific elements of your chosen field.

    Every week

Thanks to the variety of training you’ll receive, no two weeks on the programme will be the same. Most of your training will be at our technical training centre in Birmingham, where we have the facilities to train on a wide range of equipment.
