Pricing and strategy managers – commercial marketing

Great sales teams need a great commercial team to help them make the most of the opportunities, and we’ve got one of the best in the world.

Our commercial marketing team is the bedrock of our Enterprise division, and we only recruit the most talented commercial, operations and change people in the business. You’ll be looking at bids and products, and evaluating solutions, costs and competition – and be rewarded for finding the right route to success.

We have a wide range of sales roles, including account managers, business development managers, sector leads and channel heads. They all sell into new clients as well as developing and upselling existing accounts across the full breadth of our Enterprise customer base.

Solutions design

Our Enterprise Services team is at the cutting edge of technology. You could find yourself providing consultancy services or innovation insight to help our customers embrace Better Ways of Working. Or you could help build customer solutions across the full range of our product portfolio, such as Unified Communications, Contact Centres, Fixed Networks, Mobile Applications, M2M or Cloud and Hosting services.

You’ll provide consultancy, specialist sales support and both solution and service design. By guiding customers through our product portfolio, you’ll help them transform their business to meet their long-term business goals.

Partnerships and alliances

Having the right partners means that we can reach deeper into the market and give our customers greater choice in what and how they buy from us. We need partners who share our passion for converged communications – so we’re looking for people who can find and manage our partner services.

You’ll be responsible for growing our portfolio with a wider array of bespoke service offerings for our customers. You’ll also find the right alliances to help us form strategic relationships with service providers in adjacent markets, such as ICT and business transformation.

    Video or phone interview

    If we think you might be a suitable match, we’ll either give you a call or invite you to take part in a video interview, depending on the role you’ve applied for. It’s at this point we really want to get to know you, and see how we could work together.

    Face-to-face interview

    The next stage is meeting you in person. Depending on the role, you’ll either be invited to take part in a face-to-face interview or an assessment centre which could involve a presentation or other role-specific tests.

    The offer

    After your face-to-face interview we’ll get back to you with feedback and, if you’re successful, start the process of welcoming you to Vodafone. Please note – we’ll need to run some pre-employment screening before you join us, and all offers are subject to passing these checks.
