iPhone 6s Plus vs iPhone 6
Which phone is best for you?
iPhone 6s Plus may look like a larger version of iPhone 6, but there are a number of upgrades that make the newer model worth the upgrade – and not just the bigger screen.
For starters, iPhone 6s Plus is built from series 7000 aluminium – making it tougher and more rigid than iPhone 6. It also features the A9 chip with 2GB of RAM and a 70% boost in CPU power. Another new feature introduced with iPhone 6s Plus was 3D Touch, which detects how hard you press on the screen – opening the window to much more sophisticated app use.
iPhone 6s Plus also boasts a new 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with optical image stabilisation – an improvement on the 8MP camera of the iPhone 6.
As you’d expect, iPhone 6s Plus has the better battery life out of the two, boasting up to 24 hours talk time on 3G as opposed to 14 hours for iPhone 6. So if you’re considering upgrading from iPhone 6 to iPhone 6s Plus there’s plenty to look forward to in your new phone
