If your phone is a year or so old, you’ll probably be able to access the internet on it. To double check:

• Switch on your phone
• Go to the menu
• Look for either of these images;



• If you can see one, your phone is compatible. Just select the icon and start browsing.
• If you can’t see one, you’ll need to upgrade your phone to get Mobile Internet.

• What does Mobile Internet cost?

If you’re having trouble connecting, it could be that your phone’s been blocked from internet access. If it’s a business phone, check your status with your employer
