Each person using Sure Signal must have a 3G mobile phone. The Sure Signal device requires a compatible minimum broadband line speed of 1MB.

When your Sure Signal box arrives, you need to register it with us online before you can use it. Just log in to My account, go to Register Sure Signal and follow the step by step instructions.
You can add up to 32 numbers to your Sure Signal – though only four of these can be used at once.
