You’ll need a SIM swap if you’ve changed your phone and it requires a different size SIM. You can also use SIM swap if your SIM is lost, stolen or doesn’t work.
If you’re a new customer, your SIM will probably be connected already. Here’s what to do if you need a hand.

Call us to activate your SIM
That means we can move your number over to your new phone online in just a few simple steps. Don’t forget to back up your contacts and any data you want to keep first.
If so, come and see us in store and we’ll swap your SIM for you.
You can arrange SIM swaps online through Vodafone Corporate Online (VCO).
Simply navigate to ‘manage your account’, select ‘SIM swap’ and follow the instructions.
If you don’t have access to VCO, you can get in touch with your account manager, who’ll arrange a SIM swap for you.
As part of our online process to get a SIM swapped we send you a text. As you’re unable to receive texts, please use our online form.

If you’re moving to us from another network or switching from Pay as you go to Pay monthly, bring your number with you.
