Topping up your mobile broadband

You'll need a data pack to get online with your Mobile Broadband device.

They're incredibly easy to buy - just have your mobile broadband number handy and choose from one of the options below.

Buy a data pack online

The easiest way to buy a data pack is online.

There's no log-in required - just enter your device's number, choose the data pack you'd like and pay.

If you have existing credit on your Mobile Broadband account, you can buy a data pack by logging into My Vodafone

Once logged in:

1. Choose 'Top up now'

2. Confirm your Mobile Broadband number

3. Choose the data pack you'd like

4. When prompted, choose to pay using your credit balance

You can buy a data pack over the phone in three easy steps:

1. Call 03333 044 775 (standard call charges apply)

2. Press 1 - you'll then be prompted to enter your Mobile Broadband number

3. Follow the instructions.

Alternatively, if you have a Vodafone Pay as you go mobile number, you can call 2345 free and select the option to top up a different number.
