Vodafone HelpLogin
Vodafone HelpLogin is a service that lets our Support team share temporary control of your mobile, tablet or computer – making it quicker and easier to resolve any technical issues you may have.
If you have a smartphone, you can download and install a Vodafone HelpLogin application to your phone. Our Support team will give you a unique 6-digit PIN to enter when you need to use it.
If you’re a Windows PC or Mac user, you’ll also be given a 6-digit PIN which you should enter at www.vodafone.co.uk/ra to download a single-use application.
In both cases, a secure connection will be created between your device and the Support team member you’re speaking to, so they can share control of your device and resolve your issue.
