Our Data Test Drive puts you in control by helping you find the right mobile internet price plan for you. Use as much data as you want for the first three months, without running up a huge bill.
If you’re buying your first smartphone or upgrading to one, start by choosing from our latest ranges. Then when it arrives, you can put your new phone through its paces. Or if you go for a 12-month SIM only plan, just pop your SIM into your existing phone. Don’t worry – you won’t pay any additional costs if you go over your price plan’s UK data allowance.
You can keep track of your data usage with My account or by using the My Vodafone app. They’ll show you how much data you’ve been using – so you’ll know whether to add a higher data allowance to your plan.
Near the end of the 3-month Data Test Drive, we’ll also send a text to let you know how you got on. But even if you exceeded your data allowance during that time, we’ll give you the option to add a higher data allowance to your plan – and of course, we’ll let you know the monthly cost.
If you decide you’d like this higher data price plan, all you need to do is reply to our text within three days – free of charge. We’ll make sure your new data plan is applied to your account at the end of your Data Test Drive.
