If you need more UK web access to keep you going each month, we’ve got two great Web Packs.
Our Standard Pack adds another 500MB to your current monthly allowance, plus 100 UK picture messages – more than enough for most. While our Premium Pack gives you a whopping 2GB extra each month – great news if you regularly watch YouTube videos or have apps that access the internet frequently.
Don’t worry – we’ll text you as you approach the end of your Standard or Premium Pack. That way, there’ll be no surprises when your bill arrives.
If you choose not to buy a Standard or Premium Pack, we’ll automatically charge you £5 for 250MB of UK web access as soon as you go over the data allowance already included in your price plan.

There are two ways to browse the web from your phone if your price plan doesn’t include UK web access. You can either pay as you browse, or you can buy a Web Pack.
Pay as you browse costs just £1 a day (a day runs from 00:00 midnight to 23:59), and you only pay on the days you want to browse. Your £1 buys you 50MB – which is about enough to read up to 150 BBC News stories, as well as reading and replying to around 150 emails.
There’s nothing you need to do – it's already on your phone. Just start browsing.
We’ll let you know with a text when you’re near your limit. If you do go over your allowance, you’ll simply pay £1 for another 50MB.
Important: Pay as you browse only costs £1 a day in the UK. If you go online with your phone while you’re abroad, you'll pay our standard roaming charges.

A web pack costs £5 for 30 days. That's it – nothing extra, and no tie in.
You get 250MB, which is enough to read and reply to a whopping 5,000 emails, download 12 Google maps and read 4,000 BBC News stories during your 30 days.
As soon as you buy a web pack it becomes active and lasts 30 days – unless you're already using one, in which case any new web pack goes into your queue. You can have up to 5 packs at any one time – 1 active and 4 queued.

Our web pack only works in the UK. Go online with your phone while abroad and you'll pay our standard roaming charges.
