Transferring your number from another network

When you receive a new number from us, ask your current mobile provider for a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC).

Then fill out one of these online forms:

• Bring your number from another network to Vodafone pay monthly
• Bring your number from another network to Vodafone pay as you go
• Bring your number from another network to Vodafone small business (for up to 25 numbers)

If you are a corporate or large business with more than 25 mobile numbers, please contact your account administrator.
