Code 5 from Vodafone
is easy-to-use, works via your existing mobile devices and is delivered as a complete service – so you can provide support and reassurance to lone workers, without needing extra people to run it.


We provide round-the-clock support – including a dedicated red alert button on your own devices that activates an immediate alarm at our 24-hour response centre – much more discreet than making a 999 call.


Users can also leave an amber alert message when they feel they’re entering an area with increased risk.


Once an alert’s been made, two-way communications are automatically activated in our response centre – so if users are able to, they can provide a full incident and status report, with all conversations recorded in case they’re needed as legal evidence.


Specialist staff at our response centre are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can coordinate an immediate response with the emergency services when required. Even if there’s no communication with your lone worker after an alert has been activated, our response centre staff will coordinate a response.
