Free delivery and collection for all online orders

Order online and choose the delivery option that fits you best. You can get it sent to your home – even the next day. Or choose Click & Collect, and pop into your local Vodafone store at a time that suits you.

Free next day delivery

Order before 10pm on weekdays and get your order delivered to you the next working day, at no extra cost. If you order before 10pm on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday, your order will be delivered two working days later.

Please note:

• Next day delivery isn't available for selected products, such as SIM only orders and some accessories. You'll see the available delivery methods for your order in the checkout
• We can't offer this service in certain post code areas. For more details, please read our terms and conditions

For even more convenience, choose our premium delivery from just £3.99 and pick the time slot that's best for you.

Please note:

• This service is only available Monday-Friday
• Selected products, such as SIM only orders and some accessories aren't eligible for premium delivery
• The conditions on next day delivery apply to premium delivery as well
Click & Collect

Prefer to pop in the nearest store and collect your order personally? No problem – it's quick, easy, and free of charge.

If your chosen product is available in your local store, you can simply order it online and collect within 30 minutes of receiving a confirmation email.

If your chosen store doesn't have the product in stock, you can order it from our warehouse to be delivered to store. This takes 2-4 days.

Receiving your order

We use either DPD or Royal Mail for our deliveries. When you place your order, we'll send you an email which will confirm which delivery service is being used.

If your order is being delivered by DPD, they'll confirm your delivery date by text or email once your order is dispatched. You'll also receive another notification on the delivery day, confirming your one-hour time slot.

Tracking your order

You can track the progress of your order with our online order tracker. You just need to enter your order number and postcode.


DPD offers a live tracking service online. You can either use the link included in your DPD confirmation email, or log in to the DPD website. You'll need your consignment number and delivery address to hand.

Royal Mail

As we don't use a Royal Mail tracked service, it's not possible to track the progress of your order once it has left our warehouse.
