Vodafone EuroTraveller - Business Terms and Conditions
Vodafone EuroTraveller is available to standard business customers. Sorry, but it can't be used with mobile broadband, non-standard business plans (including Public Sector) or One Net Business plans.
To benefit you must opt in, for free, to Vodafone EuroTraveller. Once you've opted in you'll be able to use your UK minutes, texts and internet abroad in our Europe Zone. This allows you to take your minutes, text and mobile internet allowances when you travel. Please note: this does not include your free 3,000 UK One Net minutes nor your additional free 3,000 landline minutes if you are a One Net Express customer or free of charge inter-company calling via a virtual private network (VPN).
For details on how to opt in and to find out which countries are included see www.vodafone.co.uk/workingabroad. Remember to check these countries before you travel as they may change from time to time.
When you opt in, Vodafone EuroTraveller may take up to 24 hours to be applied to your account. Whilst in our Europe Zone you can use your allowance to call and text standard mobiles and standard landlines (excluding premium rate, non-geographic numbers and revenue share services) within the UK and countries Worldwide.
Once opted in, a daily charge of £2.50 plus VAT will be applied automatically to your bill when you use your phone within our Europe Zone. When you are travelling within our Europe Zone your allowance will renew as per usual billing cycle.
You'll only be charged on those days that you use your phone while you are away and there is no monthly commitment. Whichever Europe Zone country you are in, we will count a day as 00:00 to 23:59 local time. If you travel to another country in the Europe Zone in the same day you'll only be charged the daily charge once for that one day on which you use your phone, assuming you do not cross into another charging day based on local time.
Please be aware
There is no minimum commitment but by opting in you are opting out of any other European roaming offer on your account or price plan. You will not be able to opt back into these at a later date. If you opt out you will go onto our regulated Vodafone World rates. You'll also be opting out of the European monthly spend cap.
If you do exceed your allowance you will be charged at your standard UK price plan rate for making calls, sending texts and using mobile internet as if you were in the UK. You can find out more about these charges at www.vodafone.co.uk/workingabroad.
Use of Vodafone EuroTraveller is subject to these terms, our Airtime Conditions, and price plan charges guide. If you're on a business tariff, use of Vodafone EuroTraveller is subject to these terms in addition to your existing agreement with us. We may vary or amend these terms, but if it's to your disadvantage we'll notify you.
