Red Sharer price plan guide for small business

This Price Plan Guide applies to the Red Sharer price plan and is incorporated into the Commercial Terms between Vodafone and Customer and, together with the General Terms and Mobile Service Terms, shall form the Agreement for the Red Sharer price plan.

Definitions

In this Price Plan Guide:

Group means the group of plans in Customer’s name consisting of the Lead Plan and Sharer Plans.

Lead Plan means the Red Plan in Customer’s name and within the Group, which includes a monthly data, minutes and text allowance.

Sharer Plan means a discounted Standard Plan which is available to be added to a Group, does not have a monthly data allowance, and can use the monthly data allowance of a Lead Plan.

Standard Plan means (i) in the case of data only plans, an enterprise data only plan available from Vodafone at the time the Sharer Plan was taken out, with the same mobile equipment, same service (3G or 4G), same duration and the same or lower upfront cost (if any) as the Sharer Plan, but with the highest data allowance available at the time; and (ii) in the case of all other plans, an enterprise Red Plan available from Vodafone at the time the Sharer Plan was taken out, with the same mobile equipment, same service (3G or 4G), same duration and the same upfront cost (if any) as the Sharer Plan, but with a data allowance, the lowest data allowance available at the time.

Service Details

Red Sharer is only available to Customers on a pay monthly Red Plan.

Using Red Sharer

Once opted in to a Lead Plan, Customer can add up to 9 Sharer Plans in Customer’s name to form a Group. Each Sharer Plan is a version of a Standard Plan, but without the data, and at a reduced monthly cost. If Customer wants to know what the Standard Plan of a particular Sharer Plan is, Customer can ask an adviser. If Customer wishes to change an existing plan into a Sharer Plan Customer can only do so when able to upgrade the existing plan. If Customer wishes to replace the Lead Plan in its Group, then Customer should contact Vodafone. If Vodafone permits this, it won’t permit it any more frequently than once in any 3 months.

Each Sharer Plan can use the monthly data allowance included in the Lead Plan and Customer can either increase the Lead Plan to a Red Plan with a greater monthly data allowance or, once the Lead Plan is the Red Plan with the greatest monthly data allowance available, add additional data bundles to the Lead Plan when Customer needs more data. Customer cannot change its Lead Plan to a Red Plan with a lower monthly data allowance.

Once the Lead Plan and Sharer Plans have used all the monthly data on the Lead Plan, then no one in the Group will be able to use any data in that billing period until the user of the Lead Plan has purchased more data from Vodafone. Customer can place a limit on how much data each Lead Plan and Sharer Plan can use each month. Usage outside of this limit will not be possible without the user of the Lead Plan lifting the limit.

Please be aware

As Customer enters into the Lead Plan and Sharer Plans Customer is responsible for the usage and charges of the mobile equipment and services of them.

Users of the plans may receive or be able to access usage information about other plans within the Group. Unless Vodafone otherwise agrees, the user of the Lead Plan will be notified of, and be able to make changes to, the Lead Plan and Sharer Plans by text. Customer will be responsible for such changes.

If the Lead Plan ends then any one of the Sharer Plans within the Group must immediately be nominated to be the new Lead Plan or a new Lead Plan must be added to the Group. No data allowance will be available to the other plans in the Group until there is a nominated Lead Plan. When a Sharer Plan becomes a Lead Plan the monthly charge, and monthly data allowance, for that plan will go back to the Standard Plan. If either no Sharer Plan within the Group is immediately nominated as the Lead Plan or a new Lead Plan is not added to the Group then all Sharer Plans in the Group will go back to their Standard Plans, with the increased monthly charge and the monthly data allowance.

Neither a Lead Plan nor a Sharer Plan can be part of more than one Group. No other discounts can be used with Sharer Plans and the Data Test Drive offer doesn’t apply to any of the plans within a Group.

Each plan in the Group is subject to the General Terms. Customer cannot change a Sharer Plan whilst it is within its minimum period and, other than increasing its monthly data allowance, Customer cannot make changes to a Lead Plan whilst it is within its minimum period. However, a user of a plan may be able to add or remove additional products and services to that plan. If they do Customer will be bound by such changes.

If any plan within the Group wishes to benefit from Vodafone EuroTraveller or Vodafone Data Traveller then those products must be added to that plan, not the Lead Plan.

Selected 4G Lead Plans and 4G Sharer Plans can benefit from either (i) Spotify or Sky Content packs (as described in the plan description) or (ii) a data share SIM (being a SIM which enables the data allowance to be shared across SIMs) but not both. Vodafone reserves the right to disconnect such content or SIMs if both are (wrongly) available under a Red Sharer plan.

Vodafone may vary or amend these terms from time to time, but if it is to Customer’s disadvantage, Vodafone will give you at least 14 days’ notice of such change.
