These terms, together with your price plan terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are the Terms which apply between you and us for the Telegraph Digital Pack Subscription (“the Subscription”). By using the Subscription you accept these terms and conditions.

Telegraph terms and conditions

The Telegraph Media Group Limited (“TMG”) is providing the Subscription to you via Vodafone. The Subscription is subject to TMG’s terms and conditions which will apply between you and TMG for the Subscription. You must accept TMG’s terms and conditions before you can activate the Subscription. You may not use the Telegraph Digital content for commercial use. What is the Telegraph Digital Pack Subscription?

The Subscription lets you download the Telegraph tablet edition straight to your tablet. The Telegraph Digital Pack comprises of:

  • The Telegraph for iPad on two devices per account
  • The Telegraph for Windows on two tablets
  • The Telegraph Mobile apps for iPhone and Android, on two phones per account
  • A Telegraph Subscriber Privilege Card, giving you a great range of exclusive benefits including 2-for-1 dining, savings on days out, discounts at spas, salons and hairdressers, free tea and coffee at Debenhams cafés (weekdays after 2pm), as well as free cinema tickets and a range of other offers (see telegraph.co.uk for full details).

Cost of Subscription

The cost of the Subscription is included as part of your price plan which will be the price advertised to you at the time of purchase and part of your Pay monthly bill.

If you’ve missed any payments you owe to us, we can suspend provision of the Subscription to you without giving you notice. At the end of the minimum period for your price plan (as shown on your order form, welcome letter or welcome email) the Subscription will continue and we may change the price. We will give you at least one month’s notice of any price change so if you no longer want to have the Subscription after the end of your minimum period you must tell us (see the “Ending the Subscription” section below).

The Subscription is for use in the UK only and data charges will apply. The Subscription will work on cellular and Wi-Fi so where you have access to Wi-Fi you can select Wi-Fi on your tablet to receive the Telegraph. If you access the Subscription outside the UK then you may incur browsing, downloading and other data charges at the standard data rates for roaming. We suggest you disconnect from receiving the Subscription for the duration of any trips outside the UK.

How to activate your subscription

To access your Subscription you’ll need to access telegraph.co.uk/vodafoneoffer and login using your tablet mobile number supplied to you by us. Your tablet mobile number can be found on a copy of the tablet contract you have with us.

Ending the Subscription

The Subscription is subject to your fixed-term agreement, and you can cancel it only in accordance with your price plan.

At the end of your fixed-term agreement your Subscription will continue, if you no longer want to receive it you can cancel it by calling 191 from your Vodafone mobile, or by visiting a Vodafone store. Once you notify us that you wish to cancel, the termination will take effect from the next date on which your payment would have been due. No refund will be provided for payments made prior to the date that termination takes effect.

What else should I know?

The Subscription is subject to availability, network coverage and tablet capability and is for your personal, non-commercial use only. We collect the cost of the Subscription on Telegraph’s behalf. Telegraph’s terms and conditions will apply between you and Telegraph for the Subscription.

Should Telegraph withdraw the Subscription we shall automatically move you to an equivalent tariff which excludes the Telegraph element. This Agreement is governed by English Law and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
