Tech Team Services
Who's eligible?
1. All Vodafone and non-Vodafone customers from any mobile network are eligible for Tech Team Services.
What is it?
Tech Team Experts offer:
- Full Phone On-boarding: A full digital life setup for a customer’s device. This includes a full data transfer, accounts setup (email, social media, app stores), installation of relevant apps, phone optimisation for best battery life and efficiency, privacy and an online safety check.
- Tutorials: One to one tutorials based on the customer’s needs including how to optimise the device and make the most of apps.
- Brilliant Fix: Tech Experts can diagnose faults and fix 90% of all software issues in the store in less than one hour (phones and tablets).
- Family Services: First phone on-boarding to provide an opportunity for both parent and child to set up the child's first phone in a way that they both understand. Ensure parents and children are safe online through a range of tutorials on content creation and support with age appropriate social media accounts and recommended settings.
2. Please note: nothing in these terms affect your statutory rights.
3. There is at least one trained Tech Team Expert in every one of our retail stores.
4. Services are available for phones, tablets, smart home products and wearables.
How it works?
5. Customers can book an appointment time with a Tech Expert in-store, online at vodafone.co.uk/find-a-store, or by calling 191.
6. The Tech Team Service will cost £25 for 30 minutes, and £10 for an additional 30-minute slot if both customer and Tech Expert decide it is required.
7. If the fault/ issue is not fixed by the end of the appointment, then the customer will not be charged for the service.
Other information:
8. There are certain transactions that are not chargeable. These include: SIM swap, billing enquiries or a simple health check of the device.
9. Appointment can be cancelled online or in-store.
