To participate in this Offer you (hereinafter “you” or the “Participant”) need to purchase an Xperia™ XZ3 on a PAYM or contract deal (“Qualifying Device”) from Vodafone telesales, online channels, or a Vodafone retail store (Vodafone Online, Vodafone telesales or Vodafone Retail) during the Promotion Period as defined above. Only Vodafone customers who complete a valid claim during the Redemption Period as defined above will qualify for the Offer before the closing date when the Offer will expire.
3. Having purchased the Qualifying Device during the Promotion Period, you will be entitled to claim the Spider-Man Marvel PS4 disk game (“Gift”) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4. To claim your Gift, go to www.xperiarewards.co.uk/spiderman during the Redemption Period and enter (i) your Qualifying Device’s IMEI number (access this by entering *#06# into your new Xperia™ handset keypad); (ii) your proof of purchase (uploading the digital proof of purchase or an image of your receipt); (iii) your name, address, email address details, date of birth and your mobile number (a “Claim”).
5. Claims during the Redemption Period can only be made while Gift stocks last from 5th October 2018 and no later than 31st December 2018.
6. Once you have submitted your Claim it will be checked and verified. If your Claim is valid your Gift will be sent via Royal Mail recorded 2nd Class to the postal address provided as part of the Claim form within 28 calendar days of submitting your Claim.
7. You are only eligible to Claim one Gift per Qualifying Device.

9. If you return your Qualifying Device because of a change of mind, your Claim will be invalidated, and you will not be entitled to claim or receive the Gift under this Offer.
