Christmas Day Bonus Credit Promotion 2014

Opting In

1. The promotion is only open to you, if you’re a Vodafone UK  Pay as you go customer (‘eligible customer’) who’s been sent a promotional Christmas Day Bonus Credit  message from Vodafone (‘promotional message’) between 8 December until 24 December 2014 (‘promotional period’).

2. In order to opt into the promotion, you’ll be sent a  promotional message by text. You must opt into the promotion by texting FROZEN to 49500 from  your Vodafone mobile during the Promotional Period. Texts within the UK are free.

3. We’ll send you a confirmation text once you’ve opted in. If you text FROZEN to 49500 outside of the Promotional Period, you won’t be eligible to enter this promotion.

4. If you don’t receive a Promotional Message from Vodafone, you aren’t eligible to enter this promotion.

The Offer

5. Whatever you spend on calls, texts and data on Christmas Day, we’ll give you back in Bonus Credit on New Year’s Day (up to a limit of £10).

6. You’ll have up to seven days to use the Bonus Credit once it has been added to your account.

7. The Bonus Credit will be added from 12.01am on the 1 January  2015, but it may take up to 24 hours to be applied. We’ll send you a text to let you know when your  Bonus Credit is ready to use.

8. Your Bonus Credit will be valid for seven days from the date it was added to your account. After seven days, Vodafone will remove any unused Bonus Credit from your account.

9. Once your Bonus Credit has been applied, you can use it for:

  • Calls to mobiles and landlines (starting 01, 02, 03) within the UK
  • Standard UK texts (including picture messages)
  • Standard UK data
  • Standard international calls
  • Standard international texts   

10. You won’t be able to use the Bonus Credit to buy any additional  product, Freedom Freebee or Extra from Vodafone.

11. If you buy a TopUp,  you’ll  only start using the credit once you’ve used your Bonus Credit or when it reaches the end date  - or if you use your phone for any calls, texts or data not included in the Bonus Credit.

General Information

12. By entering the promotion and using any Bonus Credit, we’ll take that as your acceptance of these terms and the Pay as you go airtime conditions

13. The Bonus Credit allowance can't be exchanged for cash and can only be used on the account it was issued to.

14. You can only have one Christmas Day Bonus Credit on your account at any one time, and it can't be used with any other promotional offer.

15. We may amend, cancel or end this promotion at any time. If we do, we'll let you know as soon as possible. This won’t affect any credit already applied to your account. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
