Terms and conditions

Here you can find useful information about the monthly prize draw including how to enter the draw, and how it will be run.

How to enter

  1. The monthly draw will open at 00:01am on the first of each month (commencing from 1 May 2018) and will close at 23:59pm on the last day of that month (i.e. 31 May 2018 for the first month).
  2. The draw will continue on a monthly basis until Vodafone decides to discontinue it, in which case, it will provide reasonable notification in advance of the monthly start date through its usual advertising and marketing channels.
  3. To enter you must top up in the My Vodafone app with any TopUp amount, you may top up more than once. One entry per person.
  4. Sorry, but you can’t enter this prize draw if:
    1. You’re not a Vodafone Pay as you go customer 
    2. You don’t live in the UK
    3. You’re under 18 years old

    5. Winner and prize

  5. There will be 1000 winners per month.
  6. The winners’ Pay as you go account will be credited with their cumulative TopUp amount (up to the maximum prize limit of £100) for that month, e.g. if you have topped up twice with amounts of £10 and £20, respectively, you can win £30.
  7. The maximum prize limit is £100, even if you top up more than this.
  8. The winners will be selected independently, at random, from all qualifying entries and notified via SMS within 1 week from the closing date.
  9. Please allow up to 30 days from notification for receipt of the prize.
  10. If the prize is not available for any reason we will replace it with a prize of equivalent value.
  11. We don’t allow you to transfer your prize to someone else and we won’t give you cash instead.

    12. Publicity and content

  12. We will use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win. We won’t keep your details after the promotion has ended or send you marketing communications unless you have agreed to this.
  13. Whilst we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.
  14. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.
  15. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
