These terms, together with the general Vodafone Website terms and conditions which are accessible via the Terms and Conditions (together, "the Terms and Conditions") are the Terms and Conditions which apply to the Email Wizard service. If you do not agree with them, you should not proceed with registration. By continuing to register and/or use Email Wizard you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Description of the service

Email Wizard allows you to view emails from your email accounts on your mobile phone. Email Wizard supports attachments subject to the restrictions set out below.

Email Wizard enables connectivity to the email service providers listed within the service, which may change from time to time and we cannot guarantee that the list will remain the same.

Cost

Vodafone’s standard data charges will apply to sending and receiving messages. For further pricing information go to www.vodafone.co.uk/discover-vodafone/managing-my-costs. You must send and receive your messages in the UK; standard roaming charges will apply if you attempt to send or receive messages abroad. Security

When you enter your email account details on to the Email Wizard service, we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that they are stored in a secure and safe manner.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place with your Email Wizard service.

Can I use this service?

Access to Email Wizard requires a compatible handset and is subject to network availability. Depending on your handset, you may as part of the registration process be sent settings which will need to be entered into your handset in order to use the service. In addition, the handset you have may also limit:

* the number of emails you can store;

* the maximum size of any email or attachments you can send or receive; and/or

* the type of attachment that you can view on your handset.

All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of Email Wizard will remain ours or, where applicable, our licensors. We hereby grant you a licence to use such rights for your personal use of Email Wizard only, in accordance with these terms and conditions. Email Wizard may not be used for commercial purposes, for spamming or marketing purposes or for any unlawful or illegal purposes. Doing so may result in your Email Wizard service being terminated.
