Moving from Pay monthly to Pay as you go

This offer will allow you to continue using your current mobile phone on our network as a Pay as you go customer.

Your number won’t change and you’ll also receive a £10 TopUp to start you off, which we’ll send once your number is moved to a Pay as you go plan.

We’ll move your number from your Pay monthly agreement to Pay as you go within the next 30 days. You’ll also receive a written confirmation with the details.

If there are any outstanding call and/or line rental charges on your Pay monthly account, we’ll be in touch to agree a payment plan. In the meantime just use our Pay as you go service as normal.
