Vodafone VIP terms and conditions

1. You may only enter a prize draw once. You can enter through vodafone.co.uk/vip
2. If you qualify because you are an employee of a Vodafone business customer you must get approval from your employer before entering.
3. Sorry, you are not allowed to enter our prize draws if:
   1. you are a pay as you go customer and you have had your SIM card suspended; or
   2. you are a pay monthly customer and you have failed to pay any money you owe us.
4. Please make sure you have checked to see if there are any tax implications by winning a prize, as you will need to pay these.
5. We'll not be responsible if your entry is incomplete, lost or not received.
6. We'll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, however we will not be responsible if something happens which is not in our reasonable control.
7. You won’t be able to transfer your prize and if your prize is a ticket you are not allowed to sell it on. Sorry, we won’t give you cash instead. If we believe that you have or will sell your ticket we may cancel it and give it away to another selected winner. We may also ask for ID at the venue to confirm that the individual is the stated winner.
8. We choose all our winners at random.
9. Unless we tell you otherwise, you’ll need to pay any travel, accommodation or other expenses which are associated with the prize.
10. If you can’t accept or attend a prize, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to give it to someone else.
11. You won’t be able to transfer your prize and we won’t give you cash instead.
12. We may want to take some photos of you and your guest at the prize. We may therefore ask you to take part in any publicity that we do.
13. You may have to agree to separate terms in order to enjoy your prize (such as terms of entry into an event).
14. By entering into the prize draw we will take that as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
