From a part-time job in one of our stores, to a place on our graduate programme, there are all kinds of ways you can join Vodafone. You could also join one of our retail stores as a trainee, and receive a nationally recognised qualification in customer service and sales in just 12 weeks.
See where you could fit in.
When you join our retail team as a trainee, you’ll achieve a nationally recognised qualification in customer service and sales shortly after you start. In fact, it takes 12 weeks and as part of the support you'll attend a 2 day induction. After your induction, you’ll put what you've learnt into practice in-store.
You'll also have the opportunity to move up to Senior Retail Adviser or Retail Business Adviser - and you don't have to stop there. If you have aspirations to be a Retail Assistant Manager or even a Store Manager, further qualifications are available.
Everyone who joins us has the opportunity to join our Apprenticeship programme, which gives you nationally recognised qualifications. Whatever your ambitions, we'll do all that we can to support you.
Are you looking to be part of a fun, exciting, challenging graduate programme where you can add value and make a real difference? Then Vodafone's graduate programme could be for you. Lasting for 12 months, it gives you the opportunity to work in three very different parts of the organisation, starting with two months in a retail store near to where you live.
We're open for applications from 2 November 2011.
Our part-time teams are really important at Vodafone – however many hours or days you work, we believe everyone makes an important contribution. You’ll join our customer-obsessed team, and make each person who walks into the store feel valued. We’re interested in your fresh perspective – so don’t be afraid to tell us your ideas.
And in return for the flexibility to work weekend and other shifts, we offer you all the same benefits, opportunities and training as your full- time colleagues – just on a pro-rata basis.
Sorry, Vodafone doesn't offer any formal work experience or internship schemes.
Of course, another great way to gain experience at Vodafone is to work either full or part-time at one of our contact centres or retail stores. Use our store locator to find out where your nearest retail store is, or take a look at what it’s like working as part of the team at our contact centres.
