If you’re moving from a phone that takes a standard SIM to one that uses a MicroSIM, here’s what you need to do:
To transfer your number to a MicroSIM, just go to our simple online MicroSIM transfer form. Make sure you have your new MicroSIM to hand – you’ll need the number on the back. You’ll be asked to log in to My account to complete the transfer process (or to register for My account if you haven’t done so already).
Please note: To use our online MicroSIM transfer form, you must be a UK pay monthly, small business or Vodafone One Net customer.

As a pay as you go customer, you’ll need to call 191 from your Vodafone mobile or pop into one of our stores to complete a MicroSIM number transfer.
If you’re on a business account, please contact your Vodafone account manager.
You’ll know your number’s been moved to your MicroSIM when ‘Vodafone UK’ no longer appears on the homescreen of the phone with your standard SIM in it.
