We’re a founding supporter of the Mobile Industry Good Practice Guide for Service Delivery for Disabled and Elderly Customers in the UK. This guide is designed to help companies in the mobile industry make their products and services more user-friendly for the elderly and disabled.
We work with a number of charitable organisations – which has led to the launch of the Vodafone Speaking Phone and the Vodafone Mobile Textphone.
