Get bills and contracts in a format such as Braille, large print, audio, or with cream-coloured backgrounds
Highlight your account so you won’t have to tell us your needs every time you talk to us

Log in to My Vodafone online and tell us about the type of support you need, so you don't have to explain each time you call us.
You can also let us know if you'd like to receive your bills and contracts in different formats, like Braille or large print.

When you use Relay UK, a BT assistant will read out your message to the person you're calling and type their reply to you.
You can use the service through the Relay UK app or through a textphone. If you're using the app, you can connect to calls by selecting one of three options:

Pay monthly mobile plans
18001 and 18002 calls are free to landline and mobile numbers. Standard charges apply for other calls.
Pay as you go mobile plans
18001 calls are free to landline and mobile numbers. Standard charges apply for other calls.
18002 calls are included in all our Pay as you go bundles, or 20p a minute to landline and mobile numbers. Standard charges apply for other calls.
If you have broadband with us and use your landline, you get a discount for calls to:
UK landline numbers - 60%
UK mobile numbers - 20%

Register with the 195 service by calling 0800 587 0195. You can find peoples phone numbers without using a phone book.
They'll give you a PIN, which you'll need every time you call 195.

You can use 999 BSL to contact emergency services - when using the service, you'll be connected to an online interpreter.
They'll call the emergency services for you and relay the conversation back.
If you’re deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired you can use EmergencySMS to text for help and receive replies from the emergency services.
