What is Vodafone Together?

Vodafone Together is a whole-family broadband and mobile solution, that can save you up to £380 a year. Combine a home broadband plan (not including mobile broadband, dongles, tablet plans or GigaCube) with a pay monthly mobile plan (contract length must be 12 months or longer) to save up to £3 a month on your broadband – then add as many SIMs as you like, with 30% off each additional SIM.

Will I still have multiple plans?

Yes, you will have a plan for each broadband, airtime or pay monthly mobile plan you purchase. Each plan can have a different tenure and end date.

How can I get Vodafone Together?

Purchase or upgrade a home broadband plan (not including mobile broadband, dongles, tablet plans or GigaCube) and pay monthly mobile plan (contract length must be 12 months or longer) directly from Vodafone on one account to get Vodafone Together (at least one of the qualifying plans must be purchased on or after the 6th April 2022). Purchase all plans at the same time, or flexibly add them over time.

I have Vodafone mobile, can I get Vodafone Together?

Yes, by purchasing a home broadband plan (not including mobile broadband, dongles, tablet plans or GigaCube) on the same account as your pay monthly mobile plan (mobile contract length must be 12 months or longer).

Once you’ve purchased the home broadband plan, the home broadband discount will be automatically applied to your home broadband plan. Yes, as long as you purchased or upgraded at least one of these plans on or after the 6th April 2022.

Is Vodafone Together available on pay as you go?

No, Vodafone Together is only available when combining a pay monthly mobile plan (contract length must be 12 months or longer) with a home broadband plan (not including mobile broadband, dongles, tablet plans or GigaCube).

Is Vodafone Together available on mobile broadband?

No, Vodafone Together is not available on mobile broadband. Vodafone Together is only available when combining a pay monthly mobile plan (contract length must be 12 months or longer) with a home broadband plan (not including mobile broadband, dongles, tablet plans or GigaCube).

However, a Vodafone Together customer can take advantage of the 30% additional SIM discount on mobile broadband (data-only) plans when taking out a 12 or 24 month contract.

Will I automatically get the Vodafone Together discounts?

Home Broadband Discount

Once you are a Vodafone Together customer the home broadband discount will be automatically applied to your home broadband plan. The value of the Discount will depend on the home broadband plan and pay monthly mobile plan that you have (see Table 1 in terms & conditions). It may take up to 28 days for the Discount to be applied once you have connected both plans.

Additional SIM discount (30%)

Vodafone Together customers can access 30% off additional SIMO plans, Airtime plans or Mobile Broadband data-only plans (contract length must be 12 months or longer), when purchased directly from Vodafone. The Additional SIM Discount is only available on new additional lines and will not be applied retrospectively to existing additional lines. The Additional Line Discount is available on 12, 18 and 24-month pay monthly plans and 12 and 24-month data-only Dongles, MiFi, & Data SIMs. Tablet and laptop plans are specifically excluded from the 30% discount offer.

Can I have multiple discounts on one plan?

No, you cannot have multiple discounts on one plan. Vodafone Together customers will get a home broadband discount and can get 30% off additional lines, but you cannot combine these with any other promotional offers or discounts.

How long do the discounts and rewards last?

The home broadband discount and 30% additional SIM discount last for the duration of the contract.

Norton 360 Premium subscription is free for 1 year from activation, after that you will automatically be charged 50% of the subscription rate unless you remove automatic payments or cancel the subscription.

VeryMe Rewards are available as long as you have a home broadband and pay monthly mobile plan on one account.

How do I access the Norton 360 Premium subscription?

Go to https://uk.norton.com/vodafonetogether and input your home broadband order number (found on your home broadband order confirmation), then follow the payment process. Payment method & activation of an annual subscription is required but you can cancel automatic payments or subscription at any time

How do I claim the exclusive family VeryMe Rewards?

Visit VeryMe Rewards in the MyVodafone App to automatically see all available VeryMe Rewards. Your exclusive family VeryMe Rewards will be available once a month and will be titled Vodafone Together rewards.

To remain an Existing Vodafone Together household and receive the discount, both services must remain connected. The discount amount will vary depending on what Airtime or Pay Monthly Mobile plan you have (see Table 1 in terms & conditions). Free Connectivity for up to a year: Trussell Trust has discretion to offer an individual who has already received one SIM a second SIM, if they feel that the individual would benefit from it. The second SIM may only be provided after the first 6-month period has expired. An individual may only receive a maximum of 12 months’ connectivity (2 SIMs).

Vodafone Buy One Give One: For every existing and new Vodafone Together household, Vodafone will give an individual living in digital poverty a SIM. The SIMs will be distributed by Trussell Trust across the 1,200 food banks that they support in the UK. No further action is required on the part of any existing Vodafone Together household or new Vodafone Together household after signing up.

Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub: We’ll provide a Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub to any new customers who take out a Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone bundle as part of your service (subject to successful Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone services availability and credit checks).

Vodafone Broadband app: Compatible Android/iOS device is required for full functionality.

Average speed claim: 73% of customers on Superfast 1 receive download speeds above 35 Mbps and 61% of customer on Superfast 2 receive download speeds above 63 Mbps. For all other plans, we estimate a majority of customers will receive the relevant download speeds specified above. We base our average speeds on sync speed (the speed of your line from the street cabinet or telephone exchange to your router). Speeds may vary significantly by location and are dependent on all equipment meeting minimum specifications, being fully functional and working at full speed. The range of wireless equipment can vary according to the layout of your home. Other factors can also impact internet speeds, such as distance of your home from the network exchange, the number of people using the internet, the level of use of the internet and other environmental and technological influences.

Downloading third party content: A copyright owner's permission may be required for downloading protected content. Downloading protected content without the copyright owner's consent may constitute a criminal offence. Please see the Vodafone Broadband Acceptable Use Policy for more details.

Parental controls: Parental controls are currently available to all Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone customers. Parental Controls will be automatically set to off as default.

Switching: Unfortunately Virgin customers may need to contact their current provider directly in order to switch.

Average time to change broadband provider: According to Ofcom’s Communications Report 2019, it took on average 11 days for a consumer to switch broadband provider. More details can be found at https://www.ofcom.org.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0014/201434/comparing-service-quality-2019.pdf

 

Call costs and subscription features: Details of our call costs (including a complete list of all our premium rate and international call costs and charges) are set out in our Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone Price Plan. The costs of any features or feature bundles which include a monthly subscription charge are also included in this Price Plan. Please note that any features or feature bundles must be retained for a minimum of 30 days.

Evening and weekend calls: You may purchase extra call bundles allowing calls to certain numbers at particular times of the day. This is how we define these times:

‘Daytime’ is 7am to 7pm, Monday-Friday

‘Evening’ is 7pm to 7am, Monday to Friday

'Weekend’ is all day Saturday and Sunday (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday). Please note that bank holidays are treated as normal weekends.

Anytime calls: Can be made during daytime, evening and weekend periods. Max call duration is 60 minutes – standard call charges will apply after 60 minutes.

Number Transfer: Our ability to transfer your number is subject to availability.

Offers, promotions and discounts: Our offers and promotions are available to new Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone customers only.

Unlimited data: available on Unlimited Lite Plan (max download/upload speed of 2Mbps), Unlimited Plan (max download/upload speeds of 10Mbps) & Unlimited Max Plan. Speed and coverage may vary due to a number of factors, including location and demand.

Vodafone Faster Fibre Promise: If Vodafone Fibre to the Home Broadband services become available at your home, during the minimum term of your Vodafone Fibre Broadband contract, you may upgrade your Vodafone Fibre Broadband service to the equivalent Vodafone Fibre to the Home Broadband service without paying an early termination fee and at the same price as your current contract. A new 24 month contract applies and the monthly price is subject to CPI plus 3.9% increase each April. If you wish to upgrade to one of our Vodafone Fibre to the Home Broadband services with a higher average download speed than your current service, additional costs may apply.

Vodafone Broadband Backup: Your broadband back-up dongle is intended to give you a connection to our 4G network, when there is a total loss of service on your fixed line broadband. You will receive 50GB of data with your 4G dongle. If you run out of data, please contact our WiFi Xperts, who may add extra data as needed at no additional cost. In order to use the 4G dongle as intended, you should ensure it is plugged into your Vodafone Pro Broadband router. The 4G dongle is not a direct replacement for your fixed line broadband. As the 4G dongle connects to our mobile network, the service, speed and consistency of your connection may vary due to a number of factors, including location, coverage and demand. You must only use your dongle when you have a fault with your fixed line broadband and you must not roam with your dongle. Your use of the dongle is subject to our Vodafone Fibre Broadband/ Vodafone Fibre to the Home Broadband (as applicable) terms and conditions and the applicable terms and conditions relating to our mobile broadband products, each of which can be found at: vodafone.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.

Vodafone Super WiFi: One WiFi Booster is supplied as standard with your Vodafone router. Up to three WiFi Boosters can be provided at no additional cost if you do not receive WiFi signal and throughput speeds of at least 10 Mbps in each room of your home. Right to leave with no early termination fee if you do not get WiFi signal and throughput speeds of at least 10 Mbps in each room of your home, after installing all three WiFi Boosters and contacting us to try to resolve. Vodafone WiFi Xperts: Our WiFi Xperts, Vodafone’s dedicated home broadband service team, are available over the phone 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday (and public holidays) to assist with any technical problems you have with your broadband. The WiFi Xperts will try to resolve any technical issues you have with your broadband but they may not be able to do so in all cases. Our WiFi Xperts will not visit you at your home and will only try to resolve issues remotely, but they can arrange for an engineer to visit your home if needed.
