Our legal terms

Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone services:  Subject to a credit check, acceptance and availability in your area. Minimum term agreement applies.

 

Upfront fee: A new line provision charge of £60 may apply if you don’t currently have a BT Openreach line at your address. Other upfront service and maintenance charges may apply – these are set out in the detailed Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone price plan

 

Line rental: Line rental is not required with our Broadband and Home Phone services.

 

Payment: Payment is by Direct Debit. Please note that VAT is included in the advertised prices and charges where required and is applied at the UK standard rate in force unless otherwise stated.

 

Vodafone Together discount: If you have signed up to an eligible Pay Monthly Mobile plan and a Broadband plan you will be eligible for a discount on your Broadband plan. Both services must remain connected to continue to receive the discount. The discount amount will vary depending on what Pay Monthly Mobile plan you have. Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub: We’ll provide a Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub to any new customers who take out a Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone bundle (subject to successful Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone services availability and credit checks). We do not charge a fee for the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub.

35 Mbps & 63 Mbps average speed claim: 73% of customers on Superfast 1 receive speeds above 35 Mbps [and 61% of customer on Superfast 2 receive above 63 Mbps]. We base our average speeds on sync speed (the speed of your line from the street cabinet or telephone exchange to your router). Speeds may vary significantly by location and are dependent on all equipment meeting minimum specifications, being fully functional and working at full speed. The range of wireless equipment can vary according to the layout of your home. Other factors can also impact internet speeds, such as distance of your home from the network exchange, the number of people using the internet, the level of use of the internet and other environmental and technological influences.

 

Ultimate Broadband Guarantee: Claim a discount if sync speed is below 25Mbps for Superfast 1 (average speed 35 Mbps) & 55Mbps for Superfast 2 (average speed 63 Mbps). A discount will be applied to your monthly price plan. New & upgrading fibre customers only. Claims must be made via the Vodafone Broadband app. Your Vodafone router must be plugged in and switched on for sync speed to be captured. ‘Daytime’ is 7am to 7pm, Monday-Friday

‘Evening’ is 7pm to 7am, Monday to Friday

'Weekend’ is all day Saturday and Sunday (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday). Please note that bank holidays are treated as normal weekends.

 

Anytime calls: Can be made during daytime, evening and weekend periods. Max call duration is 60 minutes – standard call charges will apply after 60 minutes.

 

Number Transfer: Our ability to transfer your number is subject to availability.

 

Offers, promotions and discounts: Our offers and promotions are available to new Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone customers only.

Inclusive calls are to UK mobiles only (this does not include other numbers that begin with 07 such as WiFi services etc.).
