Monthly price will increase each April by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation published in January that year, plus an additional 3.9%. Excludes Xtra Plans in minimum commitment period.

Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone services: Subject to a credit check, acceptance and availability in your area. Minimum term agreement applies.

Line rental: Line rental is not required with our Broadband and Home Phone services.

Average speed claim: 73% of customers on Superfast 1 receive download speeds above 35 Mbps and 61% of customer on Superfast 2 receive download speeds above 63 Mbps. For all other plans, we estimate a majority of customers will receive the relevant download speeds specified above. We base our average speeds on sync speed (the speed of your line from the street cabinet or telephone exchange to your router). Speeds may vary significantly by location and are dependent on all equipment meeting minimum specifications, being fully functional and working at full speed. The range of wireless equipment can vary according to the layout of your home. Other factors can also impact internet speeds, such as distance of your home from the network exchange, the number of people using the internet, the level of use of the internet and other environmental and technological influences.

Downloading third party content: A copyright owner's permission may be required for downloading protected content. Downloading protected content without the copyright owner's consent may constitute a criminal offence. Please see the Vodafone Broadband Acceptable Use Policy for more details.

Parental controls: Parental controls are currently available to all Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone customers. Parental Controls will be automatically set to off as default.

Switching: Unfortunately Virgin customers may need to contact their current provider directly in order to switch.

Call costs and subscription features: Details of our call costs (including a complete list of all our premium rate and international call costs and charges) are set out in our Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone Price Plan. The costs of any features or feature bundles which include a monthly subscription charge are also included in this Price Plan. Please note that any features or feature bundles must be retained for a minimum of 30 days.

Evening and weekend calls: You may purchase extra call bundles allowing calls to certain numbers at particular times of the day. This is how we define these times:

‘Daytime’ is 7am to 7pm, Monday-Friday

‘Evening’ is 7pm to 7am, Monday to Friday

'Weekend’ is all day Saturday and Sunday (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday). Please note that bank holidays are treated as normal weekends.

Anytime calls: Can be made during daytime, evening and weekend periods. Max call duration is 60 minutes – standard call charges will apply after 60 minutes.

Number Transfer: Our ability to transfer your number is subject to availability.

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”):

  • Offer” means: 
    • Eligible Members that purchase a Qualifying Plan will receive a Reward, subject to these Terms; and 
    • Eligible Members will be able to benefit from discounted prices on some Qualifying Plans during the Offer Period (where applicable, these discounts are already included in the prices presented to Eligible Members); 
  • Offer Period” means 00:01  30th November 2021 – 23:59 20th December 2021;

  • "Eligible Members” means customers who:

2. This offer is only available to Eligible Members. Upgrading customers are excluded from this Offer.

3. Provided the Eligible Member purchases a Qualifying Plan, no additional payment is required from Eligible Members in order to receive the Offer. 

4. In order to redeem the Offer, Eligible Members must provide a valid email address when purchasing a Qualifying Plan. It may take up to 28 days from the date of activation of a Qualifying Plan for Eligible Members to be confirmed as eligible for the Offer. The Promoter will only consider queries about eligibility for the Offer once this 28-day period has passed. Once eligibility for the Offer has been confirmed by the Promoter, the Promoter will send an email to Eligible Members to the email address provided with details of how to redeem the Offer. You will receive a promotional code via e-mail from Vodafone shortly after you sign up to a Vodafone Home Broadband Plan.   
Your promotional code can only be redeemed to buy a Fire HD 8 Tablet, 8" HD display, 32 GB, Black - with Ads on amazon.co.uk and is only valid until 20th April, 2022. 

When paying for an order with a promotional code on amazon.co.uk, you will have to add the relevant item to your Shopping Basket and complete your order via checkout. You cannot use our 1-Click ordering method to apply a promotional claim code.

We reserve the right to charge you the value of the promotional code if it is redeemed and you then cancel your Vodafone Home Broadband Plan during the 14 day cooling off period for your Home Broadband Plan, as described in Vodafone’s terms and conditions.

If you place an order using a promotional code on amazon.co.uk and then return or cancel that order, the promotional code cannot be refunded or re-used.

1. Customer purchases an eligible Vodafone Home Broadband via a sales channel of Vodafone (in accordance with Vodafone’s terms and conditions) and selects the offer to redeem (1) Fire HD 8 Tablet, 8" HD display, 32 GB, Black - with Ads. 

2. Within 30-60 days of the purchase, following further eligibility checks, Vodafone will send the Customer an email confirming the purchase which will contain the promo code and a link to the Fire HD 8 Tablet, 8" HD display, 32 GB, Black - with Ads product page on Amazon UK website. The promo codes are a 16-digit string e.g. ABC1-AB5RST-ZYG5BG. 

3. Customer visits Amazon UK website product page and selects the device colour they desire and then clicks “Add to Basket”.

4. Customer is taken to their Amazon shopping cart and clicks “Proceed to Checkout”. 

5. Customer is asked to sign into their Amazon UK account. Amazon fulfilment requires an Amazon account. If a customer does not have an account, they will need to set one up using the “Create your Amazon account” button. 

6. Once signed in, the Customer is taken through a three stage check out process, on the same page.

7. It is at stage 2 that they enter the promo code. The code will reduce the price of their order to £0. The free of charge default delivery option is 3-5 working days and the Amazon site will estimate the delivery date for the customer’s address. Customers have the option to select next day delivery. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
