Vodafone Together for Business

You will need to be a new or upgrading Home Broadband customer, and you will need to have a new or existing Pay monthly mobile plan with us ('Eligible Services').

The following table helps explain which Vodafone Together discount you will receive depending on the mobile plan on the same account.

If you have more than one mobile plan on your account, then you will be given the highest value discount that you qualify for (as above), and discounts will not stack on top of one another. For example, if you have a 30-day SIM only plan and a separate 18-month SIM only plan with us, you will get a £2.50* Vodafone Together discount against your Home Broadband only.

Yes – you will have one order reference number and will receive information about both items when you get your order confirmation email.

You will also have one bill containing both services and you can view this through your Vodafone Account and the My Vodafone App.

Please note, there may be some circumstances which mean the services need to be processed separately.

Yes – both plans will appear on the same bill, and you can view this bill through your Vodafone Account or the My Vodafone App.

If you are changing your Pay monthly mobile plan, your Vodafone Together discount may also be affected depending on the plan you move to . If you are moving to the same type of mobile plan (i.e. 12-month SIM only to 12-month SIM only) then you will retain the same Vodafone Together discount.

If you are changing your Home Broadband plan then you will retain the same Vodafone Together discount on the new plan.

Please note, throughout the order process your Vodafone Together discount may be removed and re-added, but we will notify you once this has been completed.

The Stay Connected Promise applies to the following scenarios:

• A delay in your broadband activation
• A break in service between switching to Vodafone from a previous provider
• Moving house Network outages
