An optional assured rate of 1Mbps, 5Mbps, 10Mbps or 20Mbps can be added. So you can prioritise download bandwidth – letting your business stay connected with the best access speeds when internet traffic is at its peak.
You’ll get a single Static IP address included in your package as standard. We also offer multiple static IPs addresses as a chargeable extra, ideal if you want to deploy your own services and require custom DNS – this could include hosting your website or domain name server, email servers, firewalls, and remotely accessing applications.
Report any issues to our dedicated 24-hour helpline. Standard Support is included in all Enterprise Broadband packages. So any fault with your line is fixed by the end of the next business day. We also offer Premier Support – an 8-hour SLA available as a chargeable extra.
You can choose between using your own approved router or opt for a Vodafone router. The ultra-smart router comes with beamforming technology to send a stronger signal to your devices and has a boost feature to prioritise the signal.
If you require a voice service, you can either transfer your existing phone line or take a new line from us at an additional cost.
