Steven Bartlett & V-Hub's expert guidance for Apex
Gym
Watch as Steven heads to Bishops Stortford to answer Amelia from Apex Gym's Digital SOS. Steven and a Vodafone Business V-Hub expert discuss the issues facing the business, and offer their expert guidance on how small tweaks to Apex's marketing, social strategy and time management, using free V-Hub resources, could take Amelia's business to the next level.
We know that small businesses are the backbone of the UK economy, with five and a half million SMEs operating all around us. We also know that running a small business can be really tough. In current, uncertain times this can be even harder, and reports show that less than half of these businesses survive beyond four years.
V-Hub is a completely free resource service designed to help small business owners everywhere get the digital skills they need to thrive. From tools and training, to insights and a business support helpline, your business can transform too with V-Hub.
If you have a Digital SOS and would like one of our V-Hub advisers to help you, simply complete our call back form. One of our expert team will be in touch to help you with your own digital transformation plan.
Apex Gym is more than just your usual gym.

Founded by Amelia Lawes in 2018, Apex provides a safe space for everyone, regardless of ability or confidence levels, to allow anyone to train and feel great. Apex offers a variety of training options not found at other gyms, from Special Educational Needs (SEN) training to supervised sessions for under 16s, and operates in smaller groups and without mirrors to help build up a fun and friendly environment for members to train with confidence.
