Carewatch helps more than 10,000 elderly and vulnerable people across the UK live independently by providing a quality home-care service.  

Time spent with each patient is vital, but valuable time was being spent in the office on administration and completing medical documentation. Carewatch needed a mobile solution that would give staff more face-to-face time with their patients.

Our Total Workforce Mobility (TWM) solution supplied smartphones and a convenient mobile app. This gave Carewatch staff remote access to critical systems which enabled them to log into visits, take notes and provide real-time updates about their patients online – empowering them to give the best care possible.
