The main gas supplier for the north of England re-evaluated its processes and use of technology, creating a more positive work environment for employees.
Northern Gas Networks supplies gas to Yorkshire, the North East and Cumbria, employing 1,500 full-time staff as well as numerous contractors to help maintain the gas network.
Northern Gas Networks was looking for a way to improve its other network – communications – both within the business and with its customers. It sought out our unified communications solutions, and also chose our Better Ways of Working strategic transformation programme. With our guidance, the company was able to re-evaluate its processes and use of technology to create a system where employees can perform their duties from any office.
