Talk UK transforms their digital marketing strategy with Vodafone Business.

Established in 2009, Talk UK are a Vodafone Business indirect partner based in Luton, and have been a provider of Vodafone Business’s integrated voice and data services for over 11 years. As the telecommunications market is becoming increasingly competitive, Talk UK identified that they needed to look at new online approaches to find and win more customers. Specifically, Talk UK wanted to diversify the methods they were using to attract customers, and were looking for expert digital marketing guidance and support on topics such as search engine optimisation (SEO), website design and how to raise their online profile. Vodafone Business booked Talk UK in with our free V-Hub digital advisory service to get tailored, one-to-one guidance to support their needs.

Prior to the session, V-Hub advisers completed an independent review of Talk UK’s online presence and then discussed recommendations with Justine and her team. They had flagged improvements that could be made to the Talk UK website, along with SEO tips to help with lead generation. Following the session, Talk UK have built a new website, updated their online presence via Google and set up social media accounts for their business.  They are also now tracking traffic to their website and see the increases driven by improvements made to the site and overall digital marketing activities.
