  • How do I get a network unlock code?

  • How do I check coverage in a specific area?

    Use the coverage viewer to search for your postcode (or place name or motorway junction etc).

    And if you think there's a problem with network performance in your area, get in touch.

     

  • How does Vodafone family work with business bundles?

    Unfortunately you can’t set up Vodafone Family on your business number, but if you’re a personal customer you can add business numbers to your group and call them free. If they call you, though, they’ll be charged as normal on their bundle.
