Treat yourself and upgrade early
When you’ve got your eye on the latest smartphone, or your old phone is ready to be replaced before the end of your agreement, you don’t want to wait. That’s why we let you upgrade early - either at no extra cost, or for a fee depending on your plan.
- Essentials, Red Extra and Red Entertainment plans
- choose a Flexi-upgrade after 6 months
- Red or Red Value Bundle – upgrade up to 60 days early
- All other plans – upgrade up to 30 days early
- 12-month SIM only plans – upgrade after 3 months

Sometimes, we may need to send your phone for repair. If you bought it from us, we'll lend you a courtesy phone while yours is being fixed (subject to availability) – so you can stay connected to the people and things that matter.
