If you’re experiencing a slow or intermittent connection, you can use the Vodafone Broadband app to select a new channel for your device. See our guide to selecting a new channel below.
Connect your iOS or Android device to your router and open the Vodafone Broadband app. Select My Wi-Fi in the menu bar.
Select the Wi-Fi channel option from the menu.
Choose your preferred Wi-Fi frequency, 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz.
Select a channel for each of your devices. You may need to experiment with different channels to find the ones that work best for your devices.
