Don't get stuck with poor customer service.

Bad customer service can ruin your day – and we don't think that's right. That's why we're committed to giving you customer service you can rely on. And, unlike other networks*, we guarantee your satisfaction with our unique 30-day Service Guarantee.

We're confident you'll see the difference with Vodafone. But if you don't love the service you receive as a new or upgrading customer, you have 30 days to tell us and cancel your contract. No cancellation fees, no ifs, no buts.

How it works

It's simple – if you're a new or upgrading customer who's bought a new device or plan, then you have 30 days to try our customer service and see if we're the one for you. Didn't love our service? Then you can cancel your plan or return your purchase.

If you do decide to cancel within the 30-day period, just return your device and anything you got with it, or get in touch to cancel. As long as your device is undamaged, you'll only pay for what you've used – that's things like line rental, Extras, and out-of-plan charges – but there'll be no cancellation fees, and no fuss.

Please note: We cover anything you've bought directly from Vodafone – but if you've used one of our partners (like Carphone Warehouse) their returns policy will apply.

If you're a small business customer with 1-9 connections, you're also covered by our 30-day Service Guarantee. If you purchase any new devices, plans, or upgrades from Vodafone you'll have 30 days to try our customer service and see if we're the one for you. Not completely happy? Then you can cancel your plan or return your purchase.

The 30-day Service Guarantee applies to all new and upgrading customers who have purchased a personal or small business contract (with 1-9 connections) and/or any accessories directly from Vodafone. Charges apply until cancellation.
