If you've bought a smartwatch on one of our Vodafone EVO plans, your monthly payment will be split into two parts. You'll have one Direct Debit for your Watch Plan and one for your Connectivity Plan. Add these together and you'll get the total cost of your monthly payment.

  • Watch Plan covers the cost of your smartwatch as per your Consumer Credit Agreement
  • Connectivity Plan covers the cost of your smartwatch connectivity (also known as OneNumber)

In most cases, the Direct Debit payments for your plans will come out on the same date, but you may see one of the payments coming out a few days earlier or later. Please make sure you don't cancel either of these Direct Debit payments, as we'll be unable to collect the payment for either your airtime or your device. You'll see two references on your bank statement. It will show the following:

Airtime: VODAFONE LTD
Device: VODAFONE LTD DEVICE

If you want to change your Direct Debits so both payments come out on the same date, you can do so by calling 191.

How to view both parts of my monthly payment

Download the My Vodafone app and go to the Dashboard. Choose Your Plans and you'll see a tab for Airtime Plan and a tab for Device Plan.

Choose Airtime Plan to confirm your smartwatch connection to our network. Or find out more about your Connectivity Plan (also known as OneNumber) by visiting the OneNumber portal.

Choose Device Plan to view and manage your Watch Plan - you can make additional payments to your Watch Plan at any time.

You can also view your monthly payment online in your My Vodafone account.

You can choose to upgrade your smartwatch as soon as 12 months into your Watch Plan.

Simply visit the My Vodafone app and go to your Device Plan to upgrade.

If you don't want to upgrade, you can choose to continue with your current plan.

How do I pay off my smartwatch early?

You can make additional payments to your Watch Plan at any time, by logging into your My Vodafone account online, or by visiting the My Vodafone app and choosing Your Plans > Device Plan.

Choose to pay off some, or all of, your Watch Plan early. Once it's paid off, your monthly payment will be lower, as you'll only need to pay for your Connectivity Plan to keep connected. Or you can choose to leave.

Can I make a one-off payment for my Watch Plan?

You can make a one-off payment for your Watch Plan at any point. This reduces the amount you pay monthly for all following payments - but it won't change the length of the Watch Plan agreement.

What happens once my smartwatch has been paid off?

Once you've paid off your Watch Plan, your monthly payment will be lower, as you'll only need to pay for your Connectivity Plan to keep connected. Or you can choose to leave.

Total Care Warranty is included with all our Watch Plans and covers you for two years.

Total Care Warranty helps to give you our best care for your device, covering against any manufacturer faults and repairs - giving you complete peace of mind at no extra cost to you. Plus, we offer a two-year warranty on all our Apple products - that's one year more than the manufacturer warranty.

Total Care Warranty doesn't cover accidental or liquid damage.

Your Connectivity Plan (also known as OneNumber) connects your smartwatch to our network. It also lets you share your phone's allowances, number and contacts with your smartwatch. So you can use data, minutes and texts, even when you're away from your phone or WiFi.

You can get a half-price saving (worth £3.50 a month) on your Connectivity Plan if you've got an Xtra Plan that includes our 50% off Smartwatch Connectivity benefit. If you want to see your options on upgrading to an Xtra Plan with this benefit, give us a call on 191.

If you're currently paying £5 a month for your Connectivity Plan/OneNumber, you aren't eligible for the saving. If you have an Xtra Plan that includes the benefit and you want to upgrade your Connectivity Plan to get the £3.50 monthly saving, then call us on 191.

If you've recently bought a smartwatch on one of our new Vodafone EVO plans, you'll see your saving applied to the Connectivity Plan that your smartwatch came with. But if you have a smartwatch that's not part of Vodafone EVO, you won't get a saving.

You don't have to own a smartwatch from Vodafone to get 50% off Smartwatch Connectivity. You can get the saving if you have one of our Xtra Plans that includes the 50% off Smartwatch Connectivity benefit and you choose a OneNumber Connectivity Plan.

Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Series

*ECG and BP feature only to be used by 22 years+. For accurate BP readings, monthly calibration required by GP or BP monitor & arm cuff. Requires a Galaxy smartphone running Android 7.0 or above.

*Available to all Vodafone Pay Monthly Mobile customers on a Red Plan. You will use the allowance from your current PAYM or SIMO plan to call from your Samsung Watch. Apple Watch Series 6 Terms & Conditions

Apple Watch Series 6 requires an iPhone 6s or later with iOS 14 or later.

Blood Oxygen app measurements are not intended for medical use, including self-diagnosis or consultation with a doctor, and are only designed for general fitness and wellness purposes.

Pay Monthly

Minimum term agreement, credit check and terms apply

Device plan: means a credit agreement for the duration of the plan. A Monthly Airtime Plan (i.e. Xtra Plan) is required with your Device Plan. Device Plans up to 12 months require either a 12 or 24 month Monthly Airtime Plan. Device Plans over 12  months require a 24 month Monthly Airtime Plan. You can pay off your Device Plan early, and if you do, you can then keep your Airtime Plan on a 30-day contract or leave. If your Airtime Plan ends for any reason, you will need to keep on paying your monthly Device Plan (either in full or monthly).

Minutes & text: to standard mobiles & landlines (UK: 01, 02, 03) & standard SMS in the UK & our inclusive roaming destination. A 1-minute minimum call charge applies.

Data: a 25GB fair roam policy on all Pay monthly plans, per 30-day period applies in our inclusive roaming destinations.

Unlimited data: available on Unlimited Lite Plan (max download/upload speed of 2Mbps), Unlimited Plan (max download/upload speeds of 10Mbps) & Unlimited Max Plan. Speed may vary by a number of factors.

  4. Unlimited Data Booster + Inclusive Roaming in 51 European Destinations: 24/12 month Xtra Plans come with 6/3 boosts. Each boost provides unlimited data for 30 days. Total Care Warranty: 24 month warranty starts from the date of purchase of a handset from Vodafone either on a Device Plan or outright. Warranty only applies to manufacturer faults. Not applicable with Refurbished Phones. Terms:  Vodafone Total Care Warranty

Battery Refresh: applicable for phone devices purchased either on a Device Plan or purchased outright from Vodafone, with a Vodafone Pay Monthly Plan. Is available for the length of the plan (minimum of 2 years and maximum of 3 years). Battery Refresh is not available for phones that have been cracked, smashed or have water damage (i.e. damage that would not be covered under a manufacturer warranty) and chargeable repairs can be offered. An appointment is required for a health check and battery replacements. Book online at participating locations. Not applicable for Watch Plans or Refurbished Phones.

Vodafone Together discount: If you have signed up to an eligible Airtime and an eligible Pro Broadband plan, you are eligible for a discount on your Broadband plan. Both services must remain connected to continue to receive the discount. The discount amount will vary depending on what Airtime plan you have.
