Vodafone VeryMe Rewards
This app is provided by Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN, a company registered in England (number 1471587) with registered VAT number 569 9532 77.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on one device that you own or control for personal non-commercial use only.
2. Your responsibilities
You will need to check that the app is compatible with your device prior to downloading.
3. Exclusion of warranties and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided to you “as is”, without support or maintenance. Neither we nor our licensors warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that the operation of the app will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law we and our licensors disclaim and exclude all warranties, representations, conditions and other terms of any kind, express or implied and whether arising by statute, common law or otherwise. In any event, our maximum liability and sole remedy to you is a refund of the price of the app (if any) at the time of your purchase. This clause does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
4. Your Information
In using the app, information relating to your Vodafone account, including tariff and billing data, will be cached and stored in encrypted form on your handset. We will use your location data to identify your location with respect to the nearest Wi-Fi hotspot. We will use your connection data to authenticate your user credentials and we may store such credentials on Vodafone systems for service configuration and service provision purposes. This information will not be accessed by Vodafone or any other party for any purpose.
Access to the My Account section of this app is not chargeable, however, the Wi-Fi Finder tool requires Google Maps and you will be charged for data usage.
6. VeryMe Rewards
In using the app, you will have access to VeryMe Rewards. VeryMe Rewards is a reward scheme provided by Vodafone UK. Access to VeryMe Rewards is open to Pay monthly mobile and Pay as you go mobile customers. Pay as you go mobile customers must have topped up at least £10 within the last 6 weeks. If you are a Mobile Broadband only or a Home Broadband only customer, you won’t have access to VeryMe Rewards. You can get access to various offers and promotions via VeryMe Rewards. Each offer and promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which you’ll be able to view and accept before taking the offer or promotion. Vodafone reserves the right to amend or withdraw the VeryMe Rewards scheme at any time.
7. Social Media
Please note that by participating in and publishing online content via social media regarding VeryMe Rewards, you agree to any and all winning entries being used on Vodafone UK social channels and in promotional material.
