Sony Xperia Z3 and Z3 Compact offer (26 September to 1 November 2014)

This offer for the chance to claim a pair of tickets (two tickets) to see The Script live on 8th December 2014 at The Forum in London (the “Event”) (“Pair of Tickets”) when purchasing a Sony Xperia™ Z3 or Xperia™ Z3 Compact is organised and hosted by Sony Mobile Communications AB, 221 88 Lund, Sweden ("Sony Mobile Communications" or "Promoter") from 26th September 2014 until 1st November 2014, or until 1000 Pairs of Tickets have been claimed, whichever is sooner, (the "Promotion Period") (the "Offer").

In addition to the Vodafone Pay monthly or Pay as you go airtime conditions (“Agreement”) , the Offer terms and conditions set out below, any additional instructions on how to enter this Offer and the Sony Legal Notice including User Terms and Privacy Notice available at www.sonymobile.com/legal shall apply to this Offer (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) and you ("You" "Your" “Participant”) hereby accept and agree that the Offer Terms and Conditions apply without limitation to the Offer and Your use of this website.

The Offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years of age or older, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agents connected with the Offer.

This Offer and the chance to claim a Pair of Tickets is: (i) open to Vodafone customers who purchase Xperia™ Z3 and Xperia™ Z3 Compact handsets through Vodafone during the Promotion Period on a Vodafone Pay monthly plan (including 12 and 24 month plans) or on Pay as you go (an “Eligible Purchase”); and (ii) is limited to the first 1,000 Eligible Purchases who comply with these Terms and Conditions and submit a valid Entry as set out below during the Ticket Redemption Period as set out below.

Following You Eligible Purchase and receipt of Your Xperia™ Z3 or Xperia™ Z3 Compact handset You need to go to www.sonymobile.com/ticketstothescript 26th September 2014 and 1st November 2014 (Ticket Redemption Period") and enter the following details (each an "Entry"):

• First name
• Surname
• Postal address
• Email address
• How did you purchase your Xperia™ Z3 or Xperia™ Z3 Compact handset?
• Handset IMEI number
• Mobile phone number

There is a limit of 1,000 Pairs of Tickets available to be claimed under this Offer. The Pairs of Tickets will be supplied only to the first 1,000 valid Entries submitted during the Ticket Redemption Period. This Offer is subject to the availability of a Pair of Tickets at the time of Your Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period and Your Entry during Ticket Redemption Period. If Your claim of a Pair of Tickets is successful (i.e You are one of the first 1000 valid Entries) Your Pair of Tickets will be sent to the handset whose IMEI number and mobile phone number was submitted in the online registration form of Your Entry. Your Pair of Tickets will be sent up to 21 days before the event start date (8th December 2014) but no later than 5 days before the event start date. If there are any discrepancies between the information in your Entry and the information provided to the Promoter by Vodafone, a member of the fulfilment team will contact You and ask for proof of purchase (for in store this will be in the form of a receipt, for online and over the phone orders this will be in the form of a delivery note if delivered to Your house or a receipt if the handset was picked up in store).

If You are required to provide proof of purchase You agree it is acceptable to share a copy of this with the fulfilment team.

If You return Your Xperia™Z3 or Xperia™ Z3 Compact handset to Vodafone and/or cancel your Agreement with Vodafone during the returns period You will be exempt from the Offer.

You and Your accompanying guest must be aged 18 years of age or older and attend the Event together. Entry to the Event using a Pair of Tickets must at the same time and you and your guest may be required to provide valid IDs.

You and Your accompanying guest agree(s) and accept(s) that the terms and conditions of other parties (including but not limited to suppliers of services at the Event and the venue of the Event itself (being the Forum in London etc) may be additionally or exclusively applicable (whether in part or in whole) while attending the Event.

No alternative dates for attending the Event are available. However, You acknowledge that dates of the Event may be subject to change due to rescheduling of the Event beyond Promoter’s reasonable control. In the event of a rescheduling of the Event You will be notified of such alternative dates, such dates to be communicated to You by the Promoter within reasonable time from rescheduling. If You are not available on such alternative dates, Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the Pair of Tickets, in which case the You forfeits Your right to the Pair of Tickets.

You and Your accompanying guest are responsible for all costs not expressly set out herein. This includes, without limitation, costs such as transportation to and from the Event, additional accommodation if required, meals, gratuities, telephone calls, taxes and other items of a personal nature.

You and Your accompanying guest agree that they may be required to take part in publicity or other promotional activities without further consent or payment as later determined by Promoter. Such publicity may include, but is not limited to use of their names, images and/or likenesses.

You and Your accompanying guest hereby grants Promoter any and all rights necessary for distribution and public display of any, image, or other intellectual property rights that may arise from participation in this Offer, attendance at the Event or related publicity, and hereby grants Promoter the perpetual right to exclusively, royalty-free and without limitation freely use, modify, edit, copy, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works from, alter and publicly display, broadcast or publish any such intellectual property rights, for whatever purpose, in any form or medium, whether promotional or in other activities or events arranged by Promoter, whether locally or world-wide.

The Promoter will under no circumstance whatsoever irrespective of the cause therefore, be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the You and/or accompanying guest, nor to property, or else caused or suffered in connection with this Offer, the Pair of Tickets or attendance at the Event.

Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time but will use all endeavours to minimise the effect to the consumer in order to avoid disappointment.

The right to submit an Entry to claim the Pair of Tickets as part of the Offer and the Pair of Tickets cannot be exchanged and there is no cash or other reward available. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Pair of Tickets for a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

You are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Offer (including without limitation the purchase of the Xperia™ Z3 or Xperia™ Z3 Compact handset, line rental associated with that purchase and any other charges associated with your Agreement with Vodafone, costs for claiming the Pair of Tickets including accessing the internet if applicable). Costs to enter the Offer via the internet may vary so please check with Your local service provider for current charges.

No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for claims for any or delivery of a Pair of Tickets being lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered, whether due to technical difficulties affecting the electronic communication or other reasons.

Any personal information, including, without limitation, Your name, age, address (including postcode), mobile phone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this Offer and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of this Offer (including subsequent promotions as stated in these Terms and Conditions). The Sony Privacy Notice displayed at http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/ under "Privacy" applies to any processing of data performed in connection herewith.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all Entries and to refuse to an Entry and/or refuse further participation in the Offer and/or refuse to deliver a Pair of Tickets and disqualify an Entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Offer Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Offer, entry requirements or otherwise where You or a Participant has or the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe You or a Participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Offer or claimed a Pair of Tickets using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into. You agree to be bound by these Offer Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROMOTER OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN ARRANGING, HOSTING, CREATING, PRODUCING THE OFFER OR DISTRIBUTING THE PAIR OF TICKETS, OR ANY RETAIL CHANNEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN REALTION TO THE OFFER IN ANY MEDIA OR RETAIL CHANNEL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROMOTER'S LIABILITY OR OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN THE OFFER AS STATED IN A. ABOVE SHALL FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BE LIMITED TO MAXIMUM EUR 100.

These Offer Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
