VOXI x Vodafone Broadband Promotion (29 August to 28 September 2024)

Terms and conditions

Promoter

  1. The promoters are VOXI (trading under Vodafone Limited) ("VOXI") and Vodafone Limited both of Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN ("Vodafone") (the "Promoters").

Offer

  1. Get one (1) £50 eGift voucher via Giftcloud Limited (registered under 15384530) of C/O Groupon Floor 11, Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London, United Kingdom, E1 8FA ("Giftcloud") (the "Voucher") per customer when you purchase a Vodafone Home Broadband plan ("Qualifying Plan") directly from Vodafone. The Qualifying Plan must be purchased using the link in the email you received from VOXI via Vodafone's website: vodafone.co.uk/broadband. Any Home Broadband plans purchased in-store, via telephone or web chat are excluded from the Offer.
  2. Plans purchased through Vodafone's partners and other affiliate sites, and mobile broadband contracts are excluded from this promotion.
  3. The Qualifying Plan will be subject to a 24-month minimum contract plan.
  4. The price for the purchase of a Qualifying Plan includes the Offer. Installation costs may apply but no other additional payment to Vodafone is required.
  5. The Offer is exclusive to those who have received marketing communication about it from VOXI.

Offer Period

  1. You will need to complete your purchase of a Qualifying Plan between 00:01 on 29 August 2024 until 23:59 on 28 September 2024 (the "Offer Period").

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible for the Offer you must:
    • a) be at least 18 years old with a UK bank account;
    • b) purchase a Qualifying Plan within the Offer Period;
    • c) have an existing VOXI pay monthly mobile plan, SIM only airtime plan or SIM only data plan;
    • d) be resident and responsible for paying the bills at the address where the Qualifying Plan will be installed; and
    • e) remain a Qualifying Plan customer for at least 14 days after your Qualifying Plan has been activated (the "Eligibility Criteria").
  2. The Offer is only available to new Vodafone Home Broadband and existing VOXI customers that fulfil the Eligibility Criteria set out in clauses 6 and 8 above. Customers upgrading from an existing Vodafone Home Broadband plan are not eligible for this Offer.
  3. When you purchase a Qualifying Plan online using the link in the email received from VOXI, the purchase should be completed in one session to ensure the sale is tracked correctly. If before completing your transaction you click through to Vodafone from an affiliate site or navigate away from the Vodafone site, the sale may not track correctly, and you will not qualify for the Offer. Further, if you use adblocking software, a VPN, or have cookies disabled on your device the sale may not track correctly and you will not qualify for the Offer.

How and when to receive the Offer

  1. In order to redeem the Offer, you must use the valid email address registered to your existing VOXI account when purchasing a Qualifying Plan.
  2. It may take up to 44 days from the date of activation of a Qualifying Plan for you to be verified as eligible for the Offer. Vodafone will only consider queries about eligibility for the Offer once this 44-day period has passed.
  3. When Vodafone has verified your eligibility for the Offer, Giftcloud will send an email to the email address provided by you at the time of purchase of the Qualifying Plan with your chosen Voucher.
  4. You have until the expiry date on your select Voucher to use it.

General

  1. These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to Vodafone's standard terms and conditions for the Qualifying Plan.
  2. Vodafone reserves the right to charge you the value of the Voucher if it is redeemed, and you thereafter cancel within the 14-day cooling off period for your Qualifying Plan, as described in Vodafone's terms and conditions and returns policy.

  4. The Offer is subject to availability. The Promoters may substitute the Offer with another offer of similar value if the Offer is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoters' reasonable control.
  5. Any decisions made by Vodafone over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoters, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in relation to the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoters, their agents or distributors of that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  7. There is no cash alternative to the Offer.
  8. The Promoters reserve the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Offer at any time with immediate effect, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
  9. You can only claim the Offer once and the Offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders and/or combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotional code that may available during the Offer Period.
  10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
